Where does the food we eat come from? Who grows them? Why do they come from so far?

Traveling quinoa is a project promoted by the DESCA Observatory, with the collaboration of aFFaC. It is an illustrated children's story about the right to the city and food sovereignty: specifically, strengthening the capacities of the youngest children in relation to critical food consumption and making them aware of sustainable and local options, within the framework of the solidarity economy and sustainable food. He talks about the origin of the food we eat and the consequences this has for farming in the Global South and the environment.
